What’s the difference between QHHT and BQH?
QHHT must be done in person and follows a very structured approach developed by Dolores Cannon. BQH can be done online and allows for more intuitive guidance. Both are deep and healing, just in slightly different ways.

Can I do this even if I’ve never been hypnotized?
Absolutely. Most people have never experienced this kind of hypnosis before—and that’s okay. Your subconscious knows exactly how to take you where you need to go. All you need is an open heart and a quiet space. If you’re keen and eager, you can practice getting into a meditative state.

Will I remember my session?
Many clients remember parts of their session clearly, while others feel like they’ve woken up from a dream. You’ll receive a recording to revisit anytime—it’s often even more meaningful the second or third time.

How should I prepare?
Come with a few questions or themes you’d like clarity on. See the Session Prep page for much more detail and review blog posts to get a sense of a session’s flow. Be well-rested, well-hydrated, and open. Do not caffeinate before your session. For online sessions, find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.

How long is a session?
In-person QHHT sessions usually last between four and six hours. Online BQH sessions are on average four hours long, but can run longer. I’ll walk you through everything so you feel supported every step of the way, but know that I tend to take my time to get as much information as we can from a session.

Can I book if I’m not sure which method to choose?
